I will be there around 2PM and will find out where our site is located. I will also be collecting all of the money and permission forms from the boys as they arrive and will register our two teams at 5PM. I have the chaperone form and will turn in when I register. I will pick up all the food for dinner (hot dogs, etc.), snacks, and breakfast snacks and bring in coolers. Paul will bring the trailer and also some juice, soda, and ice. I have more soda at the EMS building if we need, so do not buy any. Also, there is an ice machine there where we can get ice if we need it. Might be a good idea to build a gateway. I think we still have the “poles” in the trailer and I have rope and twine. A couple of younger boys still need their lashings for First Class. Questions, my cell phone is 609-780-6500. Hugh Streep
-----Original Message----- Hi everyone, I am getting a lot of questions about arrival time and conclusion time. You and your team can start to arrive and set up at 3pm. This leaves you plenty of time to put up your tent and get your camp site organized. But do not worry if you or your team members can not arrive until later, the actual registration does not start until 5pm and the opening ceremonies are at 7pm. The opening ceremonies includes the Survivor lap. After this lap the walking begins! We ask that each Team Captain signs in at the Registration table which is also where you can pick up your shirts and turn in raffle tickets. Please have all of your team members turn their donations and paperwork in to you as we only want Team Captains in the registration line. Registration table will have a list of on-line donations for team credit for t-shirt purposes. Closing ceremonies are scheduled for 2pm on Sat. with breakdown and clean up at 3pm. Our closing ceremony includes circus performances by our very own Relayers so plan on staying and showing us what you have learned! The Pic-A-Lili and Riviera will be there Friday Night for food to purchase but feel free to bring your own. Medford Bagel arrives Sat. morning with breakfast goodies and Sald Works Sat. for lunch. For our Youth Teams, we ask that you have a chaperone present at all times. Please do your best at getting coverage and don't forget those Chaperone forms. I hope I answered everyone's questions. It is much more time efficient to email the group than to answer individual emails. However if I did not answer your questions please don't hesitate in calling or emailing. Debbie Cooney |
