DatesFriday April 26 to  Sunday April 28, 2002  

Leaving:   Friday from Methodist Church at 4:30 pm   
Returning:  
Sunday at **Memorial School** (not the church!)  around 11am

 Notes:  Stop for Dinner Friday (bring $5 or so), Sunday no Lunch

 Bring:   Permission slip of course.  Sleeping in tents outside.  It may be cool though, so bring  Sleeping bag and pillow.  Buddy system a MUST this weekend (as always). 

UNIFORMS. All Scouts and Scouters will be expected to be in full Class A uniform for Saturday.

Details: Weekend and patch segments to be earned into 7 areas: 
1. Spirit 2. Teamwork 3. Religion 4. Demos 5. Displays 6. Activities 7. Stage Show

  •  SPIRIT – Consists of a Gateway competition for the Scouts and Venturers who camp and a Unit Display by Cubs and Ventureres who don’t camp. Scouts will also be judged on a campsite inspection and participation in the cooking contest.
  •  TEAMWORK - Will be measured by the unit’s participation in the initiative events. These will be geared and age appropriate. 
  • RELIGION – Will be measured by attendance of an appropriate religious service to be run by the event staff. 
  • DEMO’s – Will be measured by stamps/punches on a passport similar to the example included in this document. A representative list is included later in this document. 
  • DISPLAYS – Will be measured by stamps/punches on a passport similar to the example included in this document. A representative list is included later in this document. 
  • ACTIVITIES - Will be measured by stamps/punches on a passport similar to the example included in this document. A representative list is included later in this document. 
  • STAGE SHOW - Will be measured by attendance of the evening stage show also listed later in the schedule.

 Program: Outdoor skills, competitions, lots of fun !!

 Costs: $20 for weekend if paid by Mar 31, $28 after (adults $20)
