Info: Klondike Winter Camp @ Pine Hill

Where: Pine Hill Scout Reservation(map) 609-783-0853

Dates: Friday Feb 22 thru Sunday Feb 24, 2002
(sponsored by Burlington County Council, BSA)

Leaving: Friday from Methodist Church at 5 pm
Returning: Sunday at Memorial School around noon

Notes: Stop for Dinner Friday (bring $5 or so), Sunday no Lunch
We want to be there around 7:30pm.

Details: Bring warm clothes, gloves, stocking hat or hat with ear protection, waterproof boots, rain gear, dry socks (extras!). Permission slip of course. Sleeping in tents outside. It may be COLD though, so prepare to dress WARM (including face & hands). Buddy system a MUST this weekend (as always).

Program: Sled inspection, weigh in, the GREAT RACE !! Events include: Lumberjack challenge, snowshoe relay, chasm crossing, snowsnake toss, snowblind tent setup, penguin shoot, travois building, log raising, can crushing, fire dousing, compass course, nature scavenger hunt, crate stacking... and MORE !!

Costs: $15 for weekend
