Info: Okemo Ski Trip  directions

Dates:  Friday Feb 1 thru Sunday Feb 3, 2001  (Sponsored by green mountain council BSA)

Leaving: Methodist Church at 5 ?pm   Returning: Methodist Church around 5? pm

Sometimes people take Friday off and leave at 4am to get up there around 10am to ski Friday as well.  If you are interested, see Mr. Thomas - no discount rates available for this.

Details:  Bring $$ for dinner on the way up, lunch on the way back.  Bring warm clothes, gloves, hats, boots for skiing.  Permission slip of course.  Sleeping in heated school with showers.  Meals provided as part of package.  1st timers and beginners welcome - lessons and rentals available.  A big hill like this is an excellent place to learn how to ski (especially on the typically good conditions they have in Vermont).  Vermont can be COLD though, so prepare to dress WARM (including face & hands).  Buddy system a MUST on mountain.

Costs: 

$215 "Tenderfoot" - 2 day ski/board rental, 2 day lessons, 2 day lower ticket, All meals, hospitality area, lodging, patch.

$80 "Silver" - Non-skier plan - 2 breakfasts, 2 dinners, 2 cracker barrels, hospitality area, lodging/showers, patch

$105 "Star" - 2 day ticket, hospitality area, patch

$120 "Life" - Saturday arrival - 2 day ticket, 1 dinner, 1 breakfast, 1 cracker barrel, 1 night lodging/shower, patch

$150 "Eagle" - 2 day ticket, 2 breakfast, 2 dinner, 2 cracker barrels, 2 nights lodging/shower, hospitality, patch

Saturday lesson $35, Sunday lesson $35, 2 day ski or board rental $60.
