Want to Join a Boy Scout Troop?

  GREAT!  If you are a boy 11 + 1/2 thru 18 you can join the Boy Scouts of America. Or if you are 14 thru 21, try our Venture activity.

  Troop 26 is one of several excellent BSA troops in the Medford area - we'd like you to join ours if you feel comfortable, or check out the other scout troops in the area.  Just come and visit, come along on a campout and see if you enjoy the activities!  Visit the other troops too - maybe they will be better suited to your personality or maybe you know boys your age in those troops. Our schedule is listed at the Calendar - at the meetings ask for the scoutmaster or assistant scoutmaster or anyone on the committee - we will be glad to help you and give you more information on our troop and the others in the area.

  But whether you join our troop or another - get involved in scouting!

Here is what to do:

1) Talk to your parents.  Let them know you are interested and ask them to take you to a meeting or even a campout!

2) Call the Scoutmaster (or you parents can do this) and let him know you want to come check out the troop.

3) Come to a meeting or a campout!  Lots of new friends and adventure awaits you!
