Parent's Permission Form

Please print and turn in a "Parent Permission Form" prior to each trip. This form was developed with the scouts and leaders to ensure we will have a fun, safe and enjoyable trip every time. There is a section for the parent, and a section for the scout to sign. If you need copies, please see the scoutmaster.
