History of Troop 26G

Troop 26 Girls had its first meeting on February 25th, 2019.

Troop 26 of Medford NJ has embraced Scouts BSA movement in accepting girls into the program.  As a result of this partnership, a linked girl’s troop was solidified in 2019 to the current boys Troop 26 which has existed in Medford for over 60 years.  

The troop is sponsored by St. Peters Episcopal Church, Medford NJ and shares the same time and space as with the boy troop. Leo Pratte was, and remains, the first Scout Master of the girls troop with assistant Scout Master’s Laura Pratte and Erik Bjourn.

Troop 26 Girls looks forward to many years of success and providing the opportunity for girls to enjoy and learn from Scouts BSA.
